Jeep Patriot obtains new diesel engine (UK)

Jeep has reworked the Patriot compact SUV for 2011. The 2011 Patriot receives modified trim levels and a new diesel engine. The 2.2 CRD diesel engine is taken from Mercedes, replacing the previous Volkswagen-sourced 2.0 TDI 138bhp. The new 2.2 CRD has a 23bhp increase.
